Mid 19th C Belgian Artillery Gunner’s Briquet, Sword

Circa 1840 , 23 inch blade in dug up recovered condition, blade is firm in the hilt, The brass hilt is in reasonable condition, There is a PA on the stirrup handle. Obviously no scabbard. This was dug up in a friends farm 15 mile north of Ypres last year , so how long its been in the ground i don’t know. Belgian Artillery Briquet , Sword- Hanger.
