Description At 60% of the length of the standard LeftField 3 Baseplate, this LeftField Mini DJI Kit is a compact alternative for the Sony VENICE Extension System Mini – perfect when the camera is in E-Mount mode. Using our Open•UP system for convenient quick-release, the DJI Kit gives you everything you need to shoot on DJI gimbals. Quick-Release Convenience Though the LeftField Mini is more compact than LeftField 3 Baseplates, it still features our popular Open•UP system for quick-release convenience. This allows you to seamlessly attach the LeftField Mini Baseplate onto any standard ARRI dovetail in moments. When in place, use the lever on the side to transition between locked, sliding and unlocked on the dovetail. Compact Clearance With Riser heights, you have approximately 3mm of leeway – which gives our Riser Shim the potential for a broad range of compatibility. For cameras with an optical centre distance of 72mm and 74mm, such as the Sony VENICE Extension System Mini, this Riser Shim is ideal for elevating it on your Baseplate. (Note: the Shim also factors in the added 14.75mm of height added by the Universal Dovetail) Easy Installation The Riser Shim mounts to your LeftField Mini’s central channel via four M4 screws, sitting snugly within the baseplate. The three marked screw threads on the corners are for the DJI Receiver: which is also installed with the same M4 screws and just a few turns of a 3mm Hex Key.
