Canon C500 Mk II/C300 Mk III/C200 LeftField Sliding Top Plate

Description The LeftField Sliding Top Plate is a versatile addition to crown your Canon camera. Compatible with the Canon C500 Mk II, C300 Mk III and C200, the Top Plate features a quick-release mechanism to input the ARRI dovetail plate – providing sliding travel options for accessories. The Top Plate itself, meanwhile, features multiple 1/4″, 3/8″ and ARRI accessory threads – and mounting points for side plates, so you can create the best Canon camera cage for your shoot. Made from anodised aluminium, the Sliding Top Plate is a lightweight yet versatile addition to your camera setup. Rigid Rigging Options The Sliding Top Plate features a selection of accessory mount options; including industry-standard ARRI accessory, 1/4″ and 3/8″ screw threads. The main feature, of course, is the sliding dovetail option: allowing you to balance the central plate element. Safe & Secure Whilst the central dovetail can be released quickly and offers sliding travel, it also comes with safety screws that prevent accidental release. Simple mount the screws into the side of the Dovetail plate and lock it in place. Expand the Possibilities With the Sliding Top Plate, you have plenty of options for expanding your rig. There are mounting points on the left and right-hand side for mounting extra side plates or other accessories. The included 15mm LWS bracket also offers full 15mm rod support for lens motors, EVF mounts and more. Part of the LeftField System The LeftField 3 system of quick-release plates is designed to maximise compatibility between cameras, mounting to ARRI standard dovetails for secure placement but speedy removal. With a broad range of options available for different camera systems, you can find the perfect configuration no matter your camera or context for shooting.
